Kids should be involved in outdoor games more
Children should be encouraged to play outside more than sitting in front of the screens. Parents should involve them in activities like reading books, paint, sketch, draw, craft, play indoor games, etc. encourage them to eat healthily and get sunlight while cycling or playing outside. These all activities are beneficial for their overall well-being.
Screens do not just affect eye health. Issues like migraines or mental health problems can also be increased due to excessive use of screens. The blue light that comes off electronic devices is harmful to the eyes. This light puts strain on the retina and leads to fatigue of eye muscles. So all the devices should be placed slightly below the eye level and regular breaks should be taken in between the classes.
